So, one of the products I offer is SEO optimisation. Nobody likes to talk to me about SEO optimisation though. They’ve spent too long seeing ads on Facebook promising to “do the seo” like it’s a switch that can be flipped in your site. It’s not. It requires 1st) a well built page that loads lightning fast then 2nd) has the information on the site well structured so the robots can read it. THEN it gets hard. Then you need E-A-T. E-A-T in SEO stands for Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trustworthiness. This concept is discussed in great detail in Google’s Quality Raters’ Guidelines. Demonstrating good E-A-T both on and off your website can potentially help improve Google rankings. I believe that E-A-T is very important to most sites. There’s too much competition presented to a user when they search for ANYTHING for Google not to serve them the most qualified, knowledgeable, and enjoyable material.
So you need to have a content strategy!
I realised I couldn’t be a very good SEO strategist if I couldn’t show an example of what a busy content strategy looks like. SO, i reluctantly built this page.
In addition to plenty of ego stroking, this blog will serve as a case study in modern workflow automation, my favourite type of contract.
